TukShopp ("the Platform", "we", "us") is operated by Triforge Solutions. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use TukShopp.
TukShopp is a marketplace that helps buyers discover local vendors and place orders with them directly over WhatsApp. TukShopp is a facilitator — it connects buyers and vendors, but is not itself a party to any sale. Orders, payment, delivery, and any disputes are between the buyer and the vendor.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register.
Anyone may open a Business Account to list a shop. Business Accounts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings (prices, descriptions, photos, stock), for fulfilling orders they accept, and for complying with any laws that apply to what they sell — including food safety, health, and consumer protection laws where relevant. TukShopp does not inspect, certify, or guarantee any vendor or their goods.
Checkout happens via WhatsApp, outside of TukShopp. TukShopp does not process payments and is not responsible for payment disputes, refunds, delivery issues, or the quality of goods received. Any such issues should be resolved directly with the vendor.
Ratings may only be left after a buyer confirms they received an order. Reviews must be honest and based on a genuine transaction. We may remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise violate these Terms.
You may not use TukShopp to list illegal goods or services, harass other users, impersonate someone else, submit fake orders or reviews, or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the Platform.
The TukShopp name, logo, and platform design belong to Triforge Solutions. Content you upload (shop photos, product photos, listings) remains yours, but you grant us a licence to display it on the Platform for the purpose of operating the marketplace.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, at our discretion, with or without notice.
TukShopp is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triforge Solutions is not liable for any loss arising from transactions between buyers and vendors, from vendor conduct, or from use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TukShopp after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
